Mr. Henderson owns a commercial
construction business in the Williamsburg/York County area. In
addition, he maintains a cow-calf livestock operation in the area.
Mr. Henderson's interests in relation to conservation include
maintaining family farms and watershed protection. |

Dr. Moyer is a retired Biologist
and public school administrator who moved to Virginia from Maryland in
1995. As a director, his areas of focus will be habitat
preservation, agriculture, education, outdoor recreation, and
restoration of the Chesapeake Bay.
