Valerie has been part of the
District since 1980. Her duties involve maintaining the District's
financial and administrative records. She also records the monthly
board meeting minutes.

Brian joined the District in
1991. His duties involve assisting farmers, land owners, and local
governments with sediment control and water quality issues. Brian
graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in agricultural
science. |

Jim joined the
District in July 2000. As the Ag Water Quality Specialist, his
main responsibility is creating conservation plans to assist
farmers with Virginia Chesapeake Bay regulations. Jim received a
BBA from James Madison University. |
